Representative Form – become a Graduate Student Council Representative!

The Graduate Student Council, GSC, is the representative body for graduate and professional students on campus -- advocating for the needs, interests, and concerns of grad students within the university and elsewhere.

Seeking Representation

In order to most effectively represent all graduate students, the GSC is aiming to recruit graduate student representatives from each degree program.

The time commitments are relatively minimal -- the Graduate Student Council currently meets once per month, on the first Monday evening for about two hours. We ask that students interested in being a representative commit to coming to these monthly meetings, and make themselves available to other students in their department as a conduit to raise issues, questions, and concerns to the GSC. Serving as a representative is a great way for grad students to meet and network with students from other departments, to build a record of service to the university community, and to help improve conditions and address concerns for all graduate students at CSU.

Because we want to meet people as they become involved, we'd like students who are interested in being a representative from their graduate program to complete this brief form and return it to the GSC chair, Seth Anthony, via email (seth.anthony@colostate.edu). If there are any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
